In the event MRC is not able to help you with your request, your request may be transferred to another FHA approved lender. When submitting a FHA Mortgage Center.com loan request form you authorize FHA Mortgage Center.com to provide your information to a FHA approved lender. No credit check will be performed by FHA Mortgage Center.com. You will receive a phone call from a FHA approved lender, at which time you may be asked for additional information. At this time you will also be able to choose whether or not to give the lender verbal permission to check your credit.

Terms Applicable to All Loan Request Services

FHA Mortgage Center.com does not endorse or recommend any specific products that may be offered by any of the lenders we share information with nor will we guarantee loan approval through any lender or any specific loan product. When deciding what loan product is best for you, it is up to you to use your own judgment. The lender you choose to do business with is solely responsible for the services they offer. You understand and agree that FHA Mortgage Center.com is in no way liable for any costs or damages incurred while doing business with the lender(s) we share your information with. Furthermore, you understand that the lender(s) we share your information with may keep your loan request form regardless of whether or not they are able to qualify you for a loan.

No Charge to You!
